RESERVATIONS

You can make your reservations by either calling 905-690-9759, emailing at waterdown@magnoliahousespa.com or book online. Please book in advance to get your preferred time.

SPA ADMISSION

We gladly welcome guests 16 years of age and older. All guests under 16 years require adult supervision to receive treatments.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment. This early arrival allows you ample time to complete the necessary case history forms and allow you to enjoy a complimentary beverage in our Magnolia Fireside Retreat. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment since it will end on time so that our next guest is not delayed.

CANCELLATION / LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

  • Please keep in mind that if you arrive late the duration of your treatment will be shortened so the next guest may begin their service on time.
  • As a courtesy to our guests and service providers, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel any single a la carte service appointments. For Spa and Couple’s Packages we require at least 48-hours notice in advance of your appointments.
  • Please understand that we reserve the right to charge 50% of the value of the services in case of cancellation within the 24-hour notice period or 100% for NO-Show appointments.
 

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A valid credit card is required for all group bookings and wedding parties at the time of reservation.
  • For groups of 3 or more, any services not cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment times and any no-shows will be charged the full-service price (100%) to the credit card used to secure the appointments.

STAFF

All of our team members are either Registered or Certified Professionals who have received extensive training in their chosen fields. Please feel free to consult your therapist or service provider at any time during your treatment.

SPA ZONE

To add to the enjoyment of your treatment, and to help others enjoy their relaxing treatment as well, please mute all cell phones, and other electronic devices when you enter the facility.

FACILITIES

Relax in the Magnolia Fireside Retreat with complimentary specialty coffees, teas, juices, and other beverages or browse through our boutique where you will find many unique products for a gift or a special treat for yourself. We are fully licensed and have a selection of wines, beers and cocktails.

Private secured lockers are available but please refrain from bringing jewellery or other valuables into the spa as we regret we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to your personal articles.

PRICE LIST

We continue to monitor our prices reflecting the level of service and ambiance that our guests receive. However, prices are subject to change without notice.

MAGNOLIA HOUSE GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are available for any of our wonderful treatments or in any monetary denomination you wish. Gift Cards can be purchased by phone, email, online or in person.

If a Gift Card was purchased either for a spa package, a la carte service(s) etc., after one year the monetary value is what is used and not the value of the service(s).  If prices have increased, then any difference must be purchased. (i.e. Purchase a Gift Card for a manicure and pedicure for $90 January 2020 but after one year the value is $95 (June 2020) then the $5 difference is the purchase amount outstanding)

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Cash, Debit Card, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Magnolia House Gift Card, and WaySpa Gift Card / Certificate.  There is a 15% gratuity added to any groups with three services or more.

  • Can be used for all services, skin and hair care products and boutique items.


Magnolia House Gift Certificate / Voucher

  • Can be used for all services, skin and hair care products and boutique items.
  • If to be used towards payment of a Massage the Massage Receipt will show payment method as a Gift Card plus any other form of payment method used.


WaySpa

  • Can be used for all full price a la carte services, skin and hair care products, and boutique items
  • Cannot be used for promotions, packages, service series or any other specials
  • If to be used towards payment of a Massage the Massage Receipt will show payment method as Gift Card plus any other form of payment method used. 


Other Offerings

  • First Time Client discount and We Miss You discount can not be used towards any Spa Packages, Massage Services or promotions and discounts.

RETURN POLICY

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase along with the original receipt for exchange or credit ONLY.  Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.
  • Gift Cards and some health and personal care items are non-refundable.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • Skincare reaction for opened product can be returned within 48 hours, along with proof of reaction and original receipt. A supplier skin reaction form will need to be filled out.
  • Boutique items can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days with original receipt; Magnolia House staff deems it to be unworn or undamaged.
